The Friends of the Ann Arbor Public Library formed in May 1953.  Since that time, this committed non-profit organization has supported the activities and services of the Ann Arbor District Library. 

Join us in celebrating the 65th anniversary of this organization with an evening that includes a special photo exhibit highlighting the rich history of the Friends; remarks by former Friends Board member Fred Mayer and current board president Pat McDonald; music by harpist Deborah Gabrion; and refreshments.
