Two-year-old Stein Ove is more than willing to give his mother, Mrs. Ove Hogdahl of Cram Pl., his approval of her Norwegian cookies for the holiday season. One candle of the four-candle arrangement on the table will be lighted the first week of Advent with the other candles to be lighted on each subsequent week. The final candle will be lighted on Christmas Day. The Hogdahls are spending a year in Ann Arbor while Mr. Hogdahl conducts research under a grant from the Norwegian government.
