'SANTA'S WORKSHOP' DEPICTED: Edmonton Junior and Senior High Schools from Willow Village entetered this float, based on "Santa's Workshop." Six youngsters busily occupied themselves during the parade as elves working on Christmas toys. The traditional parade was sponsored by Ypsilanti area schools and churches and the Board of Commerce.

YPSILANTI HOLDS CHRISTMAS PARADE: A crowd estimated by police at from 20,000 to 25,000 adults and children turned out in mild weather last night to watch Ypsilanti's annual Christmas parade through the downtown business section. This float, sponsored by Thorne Elementary School, was entitled "The Madonna," and featured Thorne pupils.

SANTA CLAUS VISITS YPSILANTI: riding on a float sponsored by the Junior Chamber of Commerce, Santa Claus made his annual pre-Christmas visit to Ypsilanti last night for the parade. Santa promised children along the parade route that he would return tomorrow night at the JCC's Christmas tree lot to take their lists of toys wanted Dec. 25.
