Rose Show Winner: Standing beside their top winning entries in the Huron Valley Rose Society Show are George Bird (left) of Ypsilanti, whose roses took both "Queen of the Show" and "Prince" honors. At right is Dr. A. A. Christman of Ann Arbor, president of the society, who entered the "countess" and took sweepstakes honors for holding the most blue ribbons. Other winners were Dr. Bruce Fralick, of Portage Lake, who entered "princess" and A. J. Howard of Ypsilanti for "count." The show was held Sunday.
