Michigan Plans Family Night For The Wardens

Family night has come to be a standard promotion at movie theaters throughout the country, but the Michigan Theater here will have a real family night affair at 7 o’clock Wednesday night.

That is the time and date set for the C. F. Warden family, and all the relatives, to attend the first showing of the Fox-Movietone newsreels taken of the Webster township clan last week.

C. F. Warden, 79, father of 22 children, 31 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren, was interviewed and photographed by four newsreel companies in connection with his winning of a $100 savings bond awarded annually by the National Fathers Day committee to the father with the largest number of living children.

Gerald Hoag, manager of the Michigan, has invited Warden and all the Warden relatives who can attend to be guests of the theater Thursday night.
