Holy Thursday: On Holy Thursday Catholics the world over celebrate one of the chief mysteries of their faith - the Mystery of the Holy Eucharist. After the Mass of the Last Supper of the Holy Eucharist, which is believed to be the Real Presence of the Body and Blood of Christ under the appearance of bread, is carried through the church in procession and placed on a decorated throne. Here, Catholics kneel in adoration before the throne at St. Thomas Church. This adoration is carried on throughout the night until noon of Good Friday.
