A poem is a group of words

Almost like a horse herd

You have to rhyme

Each time you make a line

Sometimes it makes me whine

But it does make me smile

Because I know it was worth my while

In a poem you can write

Just about anything in sight

It might take a while

Like it did for me

But as you can see

It wasn’t meant for me

But it could be meant for you

If you try too

Just don’t forget
