Last Frklay Judge Harrhnun refused toadmitto probate ihc will of the late Wm. B. Stnith, of the town of Ypsilanti, on the ground that the document presented was not a will and not properly execu ted. We, the undersiguod, agree to keep iuviolatc our fatuer'8 wishes as regards the disposal of his property. To my daugh ter Harriet, I givc $500, to my daui;liter Emma, I giye $2,000, to my sou Lewis, I give $2,200.
