Every day brings testimony of the correctness of their p'edictions. From several so urces of information I will select only three. The schooner Trust, just in from Blanc Sablón, brought the ice up with her as far as the Gravois lêlands, off the mouth of White ]ay. Capt. Dumarese infonned your correspondent that an impeneliable wall of fee lay all along the Labrador coast, turning away out to the eastward in latitude 63 north. Among and ding in every direction this vast plain of ice were hundreds of icebergs oí every oonceivable size and sliape. ïhe steamer Iceland arrived at Ilarbor Grace f rom thesouth coast of Labrador, and reporta the wliole iieet of Newfoundland fishing vessels anested in their course northward by a very heavy body of ice that extends as far south as the White Bear Islands.
