The statement of the condition of th fund will be nivcn, as made by Mr. Kiug at the annual meeting of the society o June29, last. Tlie amount of notes give for subscriptions, with unpaid interes thereon, is $4,542.78; the nmount of in vetments in bonds, mortgages and othe approved suretiei, $2,500; cash on ham and in bank, $8,0C4.28. The Williams proossorship fund, represenling the amount f the piincipal of the euduwment fund aid, less expenses of management, is 10,033.84.
