Ziim P. King, treasurer of the society of the Alumni of tbe university, has pro pareJ a circular report for the past year which is to be pnnted and sent to th alumni who have subscribed towards th VViUiams professorship endowment func! The statement of the condition of th fund will be nivcn, as made by Mr. Kiug at the annual meeting of the society o June29, last. Tlie amount of notes give for subscriptions, with unpaid interes thereon, is $4,542.78; the nmount of in vetments in bonds, mortgages and othe approved suretiei, $2,500; cash on ham and in bank, $8,0C4.28. The amount o personal accounts representins the rin cipal of unpaid 8ubRrrir)tOn8and accruc ütcrest is $16.000.íi'.i. The Williams proossorship fund, represenling the amount f the piincipal of the euduwment fund aid, less expenses of management, is 10,033.84.
