At a session of the probate court, for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday the lïth day of June In the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two. Present, W illiam D. Harriman, JudgB of Proba to. In the matter of the estáte of Frank C. Armstrong, Clairssa D. Armstroug, Emnia J. Armstroug and George S. Armstrong, minors. Chrigtian Mack, thu guardián of sald wtrds. comes into court and representa that he is now prepared to render his animal account as sucli guardián. Thereupon, it is ordered, that Saturday. the 8th day of July next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examiningand allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said ward and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, thento be holden at the probate office, in the city of Ann Arbor, ín said county, and show cause if any there be, why the said acoount should not be allowed: And it is further ordered that said guardián give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing tnereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the The Ann Arlwr Demncrat a newspaper printed and circulatiug in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of heai ing.
