The subject of storm insurance is urought up about once a year, when the ;ornadoes have made their ancual vistations in April, May and June, and nat now it is especially talked of in connection with the cyclone that swept over central Iowa a week ago. Tliere 8 no very obvious reason why damages from atorras on land may not be insured dgainst as well as those which come from storms upon the water.
