'Members of the association claim under the proper management the soil can be restored to a ven high state of cultivation, mineral resources developed and inechanical industries established, thereby producing a vast commercial intercourse between the other nations. The purpose of the association is to run a line of packets between Boston and Palcstine, and offieers are negotiating for the purchase of suitable vessels.
