In pursuanee of a resolutiou. passed at a former convention, instriu-ting the coinmittee to apportion the delegates to the several counties, according to the total vote, inaking proper provisión for the lepresentation of the new counties, eacli county will be eutitled to delegates as statt-d in the schedule attached, eaeh delégate to be a resident of the county he represents.
