According t tbe report Of the Washington Anlropological Society, the habits of the Innuits, an Alaska tribo of Iudians, are as nearly arnphibious as they can be. Tiioir usual home ís the "kyack," a boat made of skins, in tho management of which young children are proficient. As to tho other part of the body, it seeras to be of liitle account to tho Innuits, as far as its exposuro to :i pelting rain is concerned.
