At a Bession of the Washtenaw oounty bar, held Friday afternoon, to tako action on the death of one of its membere, the following resolutions were adopted: Wtierbas, The members of the Bar of Washtenaw county have just learned with regret of the death, at Ms reeidence in this city, of the Hon. Jas. McMahon, one of their number. i; snlved, That in this dispensation of Divine Providence we recognizc the loss of a kind and loyal hnuband, an indulgeut and devoted father, a citizen who was true to the comnionwealth, and a lawyer who was proud of bis chosen profession, and ambitious to win for it a ttood name and reputation. Resolved, That as a token of esteem and respect for our deceased brother, we will attend in a body his funeral services. Retotvsd, That to his faithful wife and bereaved farnily we extend our sympathy and condolence. Resolved, That the circuit court for the county of Washtenaw, be requested to spread these resolutions upon the ournal, and that a copy of them be tianded to the family of the deceased. ■'Boss, hab you got any ob dem contonnd cavortic pills ?"
