Court convened Monday, with Judgo Joslyn on the bench. There are only 38 cases 011 the calendar, being a rather email docket for Washtenaw county. In the case of the people vb. Alouzo C. Bitss and Wm . Barnett, charged with receiving stolen goods; plea of not guilty enteretl and the defendants required to give $500 bail for their appearance. Sureties, Joe ï. Jacobs and J. J. Goodyear The people vs. W. J. Herdman, ae8ault and baltery, case discontinued. ïhe people vs. Wm. Porter, aesault and battery ; case discont nued. The people vs. T ios. Kahoe, larceDy; plea of guilty entered. Frank T. Sibley vs. Michael Fitgerald; judgment for 290.94. J. E. Beal vs. J. A. Polhemus; time extended to the 3d day of April in which to prepare a bilí of exceptions. The jurors summoiied were excused until March 8, when the trial of cases wil] be taken up.
