SOLDIERS ATTENTION A gentleman representing Milo B Stevens & Co. of Detroit, Micb., will be at Ann Arbor at county clerk's ofllce, Wednesday, Maroh 16th, and at Jackson, nt county clork's office, Thursday, March 17 to receive claims for pension, increase of pension, bounty, etc.'whioh interested parties may desire to have proaeouted by said attorneys. Mortgage Sale. DEFAULT havlng been made in the canditions of a mortgage executed by Myron Webb and Catharine webb of the villaje of Saline, Washtenaw County, Michigan, of the flret part, to Comstock F. HUI of the township of Lodi, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the Eighteenth day of November, A. D. 1882, and recorded in the office of the Kegister of Deeds for Washtenaw County, Michigan, on the 18th day of January, A. D. 1883, at 11:45 o'clock a. m., of said day, ín Liber 57 of Mortgages, on page 419, by whlch default the power of sale in said mortgage became operativo, and no suifc or proceedings in law or equity haviner been instituted to recovr the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof, and th sum of Six Hundred and Fifty-Seven Dollars ($67), at the date of tii ís notice, being claimed tobe due upon said mortgage.
