A special from Halifax says: The five days' snow blockade on the ínter-Colonial road was broken March 80. One thousand men were engaged in shovoling snow off the track. The blockade was confincd to a dlstance of twenty-scven miles. The Inter-Colonial and New Brunswick railways have airead y directly spent S70,000 sboveling snow off their tracks. The snow fall thls year along the Unes of railway has been unprecedented.
