Whereas it ia thought desirable to encourage and foster manufacturing enterprisee in our oity, we the undersigned agree to tak and pay for the number of shares eet opposite our respective ñames (the par value of said shares to be $23 eaoh) for the purpose of purohasing a lot and erecting thereon a suitable building, and furnishing the same vrith proper heating apparatus for the manufacture of empty gelatin capsules, tbe estimated cost of aaid lot and building being $5,000.
