At a session of the probate court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the probate oflce, in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday, the 3rd day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven. Present, William D. Harriuian, judge of probate. In the matter of the estáte of Arnold Hanlon, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Francia Hanlon praying that a certain instrument now on fiie in this court purporting to e the last will and testament of said deceased, nay be admitted to probate, and that he may be appointed oxecutor thereof, or tbat administra mil with tti e will annexcd be granted to some other suitable person.
