At a sesslon of the Probate Court for tlie county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Wedneaday, the second dav of November, in ihe year one thousand eight hundred and elghty-seveu. Present, William D. Harriman, Judge of Probate. In the matter of tho eatate of Maria C. Fisk, deceased. On readlng and fllinp the p'titlon, duly verifled of Hiram C. Fisk praying that administratie of said estáte raay be granted to Frank C Armstnmg or some other suitable person. Thereufxm it is Ordercd, that Wednesday, the SOth day of November inst, at lü o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all othnr persons interested in eald estáte, are requlred to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, In the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayor of the petitloner should not be granted.
