Estáte of Julianna Kelsey. OTATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, as. Ata sesaion of the probate court for the I county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, 1 the 24th day of April, in the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight. Present, Wüliam D. H arriman, Judge of .Probate. In the matter of the estáte of JuUanna Kelsey, deceased. EugeneHelbertheadminlstratorof saldeitcte, comes into court and representa that he is now prepwed to render his flnal account as such admi nistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the twenty-second day of May next at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the heiri-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, Uien to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not beallowed: Anditis further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in The Ann Arbor Dkmocrat, a newspaper printed and circulating in said county, tnreesuccessive weeks ürevious to said day of hearing. WflEUEAS, default has been made in the payment of the money secured by a mortgage dated the Sist day of April, In the year 18&",executed by Julia Jladden, of the township t pexter, county of Washtenaw, and state of Mtohi gan, to Maria Lynch of the city of Ann Arlor, county and state aforesaid, which said mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of deeds of said county of Washtenaw. in liberta of mortgages, on page 464, on the 21st day of April, 1865, at 3 1-4 o'clock, p, m., and whoreas the amount claimed to be due on said mortgage at the date of this notice is the sum of one hundred and flve dollars, interest money, (whereby the power of sale contained in said mortgage haa become operativo). The principal of said mortgage being the sum of one thousand dollars, to become due the 21st day of April, 1892, with annual interest at the rate of seven percent, to grow due thereon. and the further sum of flfteen dollars as an attorney fee stipulated for in said mortgage, in addition to all other legal cosU, and no suit or proceeding having been instituted at law to recover the debt now remalning secured by lid uiortgare or any part thereof: No1, therefore, notice Is hereby given, that by virtue of the power of sale therein said mortgage contained, and in pursuance of the statute in such case made and provided, the said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises therein described at public auction to the highest bidder, at the easterfy, or Fourth street entrence to the court house, in the city of Ann Arbor, county of Washtenaw and tate of Michigan, said court house being the building in which the circuit court for said county of Washtenaw is held, on Saturday the 28thday of July next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of that day. subject to the said principal sum of one tbousand dollars to become due the 21st day of April, 1892, and thesaid interest to grow due thereon, which said premises are described in said mortgage, as follows, towit: All that certain piece or parcel of land sitúate in the township of Dexter, in the county of Washtenaw and state of Michigan, and described as follows, to wit: the northeasl luarter of the southeast quarter of section number twenty, and the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section number twenty-one, In township number one south of range number four east. ï Dated Ann Arbor.
