Edmundg, praying that a certain instrument now on filo in this court, purport. - ing to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that he and Huldah Edmunds may be appointed ezecutors thereof, or that administraron with the wil annexed be granted to soine suitable person. WHEREAS, default has beun made in the pay ment of üie money secured by a mortgage dated the 21st day of April, in the year 1885 executed by Julia Madden, of the townshipof baxter, county of Washtenaw, and state of Michigan, to Maria Lynch of the city of Ann Arbor, county and state aforesaid, which said mortgage was recorded in the offlceof the Register of deeda of said county of Washtenaw, in libertft of mortgages, on page 464, on the 21st day of April, 1865, at á 1-4 o'clock, p, m., and whereas the amount claimed ti be due on said mortgage at the date of this notice is the sum of one hundred and five dollars, interest monev, (whereby the power of sale contained in said mortgage han become operative).
