Topeka, Kan., June 22.- There is no longer any doubt that Miss Belle Bennett of Topeka went down with the Drummond Castle that was lost off the roost of Frnnce June 1C. Charles Bennett, a brotlier of Miss Bennett, cabled the IOndon offices of the steamship company to learn if liis sister had sailcil on the Drummond Castle. He K-ccivcd a reply that her name was on the passenger list and that she was not one of the survlVors of the wreek. Miss Bennett left tliis otty two years ago for South Afrika to teacb in Wor:ester Seminary, 100 miles from Cape Cown.
