On the othor hand, the ratea to tho same Alaskan ports, Wrange], Juneau and Sitka, are advanced on the City of Topeka, sailing Jnly 1. The Alki ratea wlll be $10 and $", cabin and steerage respectively, to Juneau, and $7 and $3.50 to Wrangol, wliile the City of Topeka fares wlll be $15 and $7.
