Kach of his eight grandchildren, his twosons-in-law and hisdaughter-in-law receive S500 each, and his two ereat grand-chüdren $200 each. Mra. E. II. Cole, his daughter receives the use of the homestead on North State st. for life and the res'due cf the estáte is lo be divided equally among' his fivo surviving childron. The value of the estáte is estimaled at 8(10.000 one iourth of which is realty.
