Mrs. F. E. IVfartin of Detroit, ia visiting her sister, Mrs. Oeo. Scott. Mrs. R. C. McAllaster and baby have gone to Webster for the sumraer. Attorney General Fred Maynard of Rapkls, was in the city this week. Miss Anna D. Robinson has gone to Cleveland, 0., to spcnd several weeks. Dr. Dorrance is entertaining his son W. II. Dorrance, jr. and wife of Barberton, Ohio. Dr. Del la C. Adams is spending the week with Dr. Anna K. Uedney at 36 Packard st. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Kniter, of New York City, are guests of the latter's inother, Mrs. Ann W. Pack. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wood, of Pittsburg. Pa. are guests of the : latter's raother, Mrs. R, E. Nichols. Prof. O. C. Johnson aud family leave soon after eomruenoement for Cottage city, Mass., where they will spend the snramer vacation. Clarence Noble and Warren Conueis sailed from New York for Europe Monday. They will make a tour of that continent on their wheels. Lawyer O. E. Butterfleld returned Saturday frora St. Louis where he was an interested spectator of the Jraraatic scènes of the conyention. Dr. D. Dwyerof Forest City, Pa., is in the city for commencement week. It is Dr. Dywer's first visit to the city ;ince he graduated from the University ia 1S91.
