Colorado Editor Dies

Denver. Oct. 28.- Major Henry Ward, a ■well-known Colorado newspaper man. employed of late as editorial writer on the Leadville Herald. Democrat, died Monday night of pneumonia. He was born at Mansville, N. Y., in 1841. He had a brilliant record aa a soldier, and while a prisoner at Libby. was brevetted major for gallant and meritorious service.
