The Chicago Orchestra
The Choral Union Series for the year will open next ïuesday evening. The Chicago Orchestra under the leadership of Theodore Thomas will be here, and that announcement will undoubt ertly fill the hall. Thomas intends to stick close to Chicago this year, but his interest in musical matters in Ann Arbor secures for us a date. Mr. Thomas has identifled himself with music in the West so thoroughly that we almost forget he was so long an eastern man. He is a great favorito in Ann Arbor, and will be heartily welcomed.
