Fort Smith, Ark., Nov. 18.- Judge I. C. Parker, the famous Arkansas jurist, died at his home in this city at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday morning. Judge Parker va= famous all over the country for his fearless administration of justice, having imposed the death penalty upon more crimináis than any other jurist in the L'nited States. For twenty-one years he had presided over court without missing a day.
