The bracos marked Á are of little or no use. If the posts iu center are )eft out, then put in braces (B)"shown by dotted lines. The barn is 40 feet wide and 20 feet high, giving 13 feet in the clear, for hay to swing over the girt. The size eau be adapted to the bnilder's wants. This plan economizes space in a remarkable degree. This barn can be builtof any material eniployed in the construction of large barns. The rafters onght to be spiked to both plates.
