Baltimore, Dec. 2S.- Conrad Ephers, one of the eight boys who was bitten by a mad dog a month age, and afterwards treated at the Pasteur institute, New York, died Saturday at his home in Woodbury, of hydrophobia. Ephers is the second to succumb to the dreaded disea?e and Robert Perry, is manifesting symptoma whieh lead to the belief that he will also die. All these boys were bitten about the head and face. Thoss who were bitten in other parts of the body appear to be doing well.
