Justice Gibson íound it necessary on Saturday last, to hold court in "the Circuit Court room, to accommodate the crowd that wished to hear of Mitchell the dental student, arrested for larceny. The complainant, Win. Bush, the local agent for ('alkins & ('o., dealers in dental supplies, of Detroit, alleged that young Mitehell who isa senior dental student had stolen from him a'Tight angle," or drill, valued at $6. Mitchell claimed that the drill was only borrowed. Almost all the dental students were on hand to hear the suit and there wereanynurnber of witnesses on both sides. The testimony produced was largely hearsay and mkny of the boys insisted that the suit was little more than a contest between the two dental fraternites.
