Grand Rapids, Mich., Feb. 3.- Johñ Depree, an engraver and employed in this city, was arrested Tuesday night by Detective Burns of the secret service, for engraving the plate from which j the Kingston brothers printed the bogus i $20 bilis, and about the same time Simpson Craig of Jackson and Ferd Hauek of Belding were brought in for handling the bilis. This it is believed rounds up the gang. Albert H. Paoker, doing time in Ohio, was at the head of the gang, and established the plant. Frank and George Kingston took hold of the enterprise after his arrest, and pushed it extensively In the south and southwest. The Kingstons were recently convicted in the United States court here, and have been sentenced to Detroit. The bilis were first printed here, but later at Ionia, and then the plant was taken on the road. The gang distributed thousands of dollars' worth of the stuff during the past two years.
