Receiver Appointed

Council Bluffs, Ia., Feb. 3.- Judge Thornell of the district court has appointed James B. Patterson receiver of the local affairs of the Keystone Manufacturing co'mpany of Sterling, Hls. Mr. Patterson gave a bond of $45,000. Patterson's brother was named as receiver for the local plant at Kansas City. These receiverships are in line with action taken by the Illinois court at Sterling, Hls.
