Duestrow Must Die

Jofferson City, Mc, Feb. 3.- The supremo court has overruled the motion for a rehearing in the case of the state versus Arthur Duestrow, the St. Louis millionaire njurderer, lm is to be hanged on Feb. 16. The sentence of John Schmidt, who was convicted with two others for killing B. Atwater of Chicago at Webster Groves, a suburb of St. Louis, a year ago, was allirmed, and his execution fixed for March 10.
