W. C. T. U. Notes

At tne last regular meeting ot the W. C. T. U. the following ladies were eleeted as Vice-Presidents for the ensuing year: lst, Mrs. Rev. Coler, of 3iciples church; 2d, Mrs. Lucy Parker. of Presbyterian church; 3d, Mrs. Laura Iess, of Baptist church; 4th, Mrs. Susie ïendrick, of M. E. church; 5th, Mrs. Duncan, of Congregational church; ith, Miss Emma Bower, of Episcopal church; 7th, Mrs. Danforth, of Unitaran church; 8th, Mrs. J. A. Brown, of Catholic church; 9th, Miss McCollum, Adventist church. The following resolution- "Ptesolved, Tliat we xtend a vote of thanks to hose editors of our city press who have iindly published our notices, and have n many ways shown a brotherly interest in our work," was passed unanimously. The " Conference on Narcotics " was deferred until the next meeting, to be ïeld April 22d, a 3 p. m., in P. O. Block, o which all are invited.
