The prisoners have lots of acqnaintances about town and they were iaterested spectators today. Xiie two woinen, Mrs. MeCoy and her daughter, Miss Tina McCoy, waived examination and were bound over to the circuit court. Tnen ca ne the examination of Irving Jones and Ernest Bly. Prosecuting Attorney Kirk couducted the examination wblle Attornej; Fr.mk E. Jone3 ippeared fo Irvlng Jones, and Andrew E. Gibsoi for Bly, the other prisoner. Joh West was also exaimined but he had uo lawyer. As a result oC the examination Wes was released wliile the other suwere bound over to the circuit com and locked up in default of bail. O course this is no reflection on the lau yers employed even though West di get off. The evidence against the la ter was not of sufficient weight t warrant holding him longer.
