Mr. Koch is in his 84ih year, while his wife has reached the advauced age of 81. Iu 1836 they carne to thls country from Germany and ever since that time Mr. Koch has been interested in farmtng in different parts of the couuty. He bas llved iu Lodi, Preedom and Pittsfleld, bnt for the past 23 years has been a resident of Anu Arbor. Mr. and Mrs. Koch have had eight c-Hildren of whom three are dead, there being two sons and three daugiiters alive now. The old folks have 20 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren who, with the other menVbers o? the family, are present at the reunion today.
