Ann Arbor, Mich., Dec. 20, 1897. To the Editor: Ou August last I took the teachers1 ' cxamination for a first grade certifícate before County Oommissioner Lister. He has failed to report to me my returns f rom Lansing and by so doing has ttirown me out of a position of $35 a month. The people in tlie norbheastern part of the couiity are faT from sati&fled with him. Wliat is the matter with himY Is he sic-k aad.can not attend to his duty?
