Vigilance Committee Formed

Seattle, Wash., Feb. 14. - The ateamer Utopia, which has arrived from Skaguay and Dyea, reports that a vigilance committee is being formed at Skaguay, and it is the intention of the jommittee to drive out of town the horde of toughs and bunko men. 'Hold-ups" and petty larceny are be,ng daily reported, and it is more than probable that lynchings will occur unless the authorities act promptly.
