Heavy Snowstorm In Japan

New York, Feb. 14.- The central cable office of the Western Union Telegraph company sent out the fallowing notïee this moming: "Adviees from Nagasaki, Japan, say that a heavy snowstorm has interrupted telegraphic communication with all points in the interior except Shimonosoki."
