Movement Has No Significance
London, March 31.- William Ellison Macartney, secretary for the admiralty, was asked by a correspondent in the heuse or commons whether the ment was true that the British North ; American squadron had been orddred to rendezvous at Bermuda. He snid: "I have not seen such a statement, but if made it is very likely to be true. It has no special significance whatever, for I know that the admiral in command made árrangemsnts some time since for a rendezvous at Bermuda preparatory to taking the squadron on a cruise. That is in the ordinary corurse of things, and has no relation whatsver to events in Cuba or elsewhere."
