lxindon, April 5. - The Madrid correspondent of the Daily Telegraph, describing aspects of the city yesterday says: "The hotels and streets are full of Americans, who read their newspapers openly and express their opinions very frankly, but are treated with the utmost courtesy by all. Prance, Germany and Russia are moving heaven and earth to prevent ivar. Nobody believes they can succeed. Still there is nothing outwardly in the streets that suggests a country on the eye of war. The ohly exception to this calm is the bourse."
