Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of au order granted to the undersigned AdminLstrator of the estáte of said deceased by the Hon. Judie of Probate fortheCounty of Washtenaw. on the 19th day of July, A. D. 18ÍK, there will be scld at Public Vendue, to the highest bidder, at the west front door of the Court House in the City of Ann Albor, in the County of Washtenaw. in said state, on Monday, the5th day of Septeirber. STATE OF MICHIGAN; Oounty of Washten:n'-. ss.- At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden in the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 19tb day of July in the year one thousand eiglit hundred and ninety eight. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. In tlie matter of the estáte of Willard C. Stevens, incompt. On reading and filing the petition, duly verified, of Willis F. Baxter, jiuardian of said incompt., praying that he maj be licensed to mortgage the real estáte whereof said deoeased is seized. Thereupon it is ordered, That Friday, the 12th day of August next. at ten o'clock in the forenoon. be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and ihat the heirs at law of said incompt., and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at asession of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. Anditis further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendeifcy of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Aiboi' Democrat, a newspaper printed and ciroulating in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
