Mr. Parker, believing the paymg of Balariea to be a premonition of ruin to the society offered bis resignaron. It was not accepted, and the thanks of the orearrzation wero tendered to Mr. ParEêTöa "' and gratuitous service?. Committoe to arrange and receive the'delegfttes representing tho agncultural gooieties of the state to meet in this city Jan'y 20, were appoiuted.
