Bellows of Ypsilanti. - Another incendinry attempt is related to have been made Friday night about 6 o'dock. A boy in the ernploy of Michael Weinman, whose barn was burned "Wednesday night, discovered a man in the cellarway of Weinman's meat market, aud, upon asking lian what he wanted, the man turned and ran. The boy flred at him, but did not hit him. Some kindlings, saturated with turpentine, were found in the cellanvay. The man was not seen af terwards. _
