A most remarkable escape f rom n terrible death was that which oceurred to John Leonard Monday afternoon. He was found about an hour afterward lying in a semi-conacious state near the roadgide by Ben Dixon, who took him to Sweers camp, where he was cared for bj Ben Sv.vcct. Jr.,.vlnre he is now iinproving nicely.
