Ilarriman, Richmond, Whitman, Crane ;;nd others discuss the issues of theday. A pol e will be raised, and a brass band will be present. -The democrats of Ohelsea are preparing fora large meeting on Tuesday evening nexc to be held in that village and to be addressed by ('has. R. Whitraan. The Chelsea glee club will be present and sing some stirring democratie campaign songs. -At Mooreville on Wednesday eveninrr, Messrs. Richmond, ('. S. Gregory and W. 1). Ilarriman spoke in red ribbon hall to a crowded audience of listeners. The democracy of York are thoroughly aroused to. the necessity of polling a good vote next month. - A very large and enthusiastic meeting was held at Pleasant Lake in Freedom, on Wednesday, with speaking in the afternoon by Messrs. Whitman of Vpsilanti, Eose of Sharon, and MacDougall of Bridgewater. A tall polo was raised, and a grand hurrah for tlie ticket went forth from the nearly one thousand persons present. Freedom will respond with 800 majority in Nov. -On Tuesday last the democracy of Saline was aronsed. A pole 120 feet high was raised in the afternoon and the large crowd in attendance was adled by Chas. B. Whitman. In the evening the fine hall of the union school uilding was fllled to overflowing and able speeches were made by Hon.W.D. larriman, C. II. Richmond and Albert 'rane. The Scio brass band was in atendance. The democracy of Saline are mited :v-u enthusiastic, and moving mward to victory in November.
